UKL’s time saving mantra is best exemplified in a recent development at Tryon Street, Mount Gravatt. With earthworks commencing in August 2005, this project was accelerated with careful selection of teams and innovative construction technologies. Completed in April 2006, Uniresort involved extensive use of precast panels, with workers quickly moving from one tower of six, to the next and so on.
