As the development manager, UKL and Terry Seirlis assisted the client to obtain construction funding to deliver a five-storey luxury apartment building. Also co-ordinated the Design and Construct with the builder including a Guaranteed Maximum Price building contract.

UKL’s development management role for this 500 residential dwelling subdivision DA submission originally went to the Ipswich City Council. After the Qld Government made an announcement that the ULDA will be assessing DA’s in Ripley, the DA submission needed to be modified to suit the ULDA. To maximise yields, UKL approached the adjoining neighbour in order to jointly lodge a DA over both properties for a win-win outcome.

Negotiated & acquired the site from the former ABC Child Care providers & converted the site into a 7 lot house & duplex residential lot sub division. Project Managed & Obtained the DA. Obtained the OPW approval. Project Managed the construction works to obtain council plan sealing followed by titles registration. Also obtained 3 Material Change of Use approvals for 3 duplex’s.

Development: 64 Apartments 304 Room Student Accommodation Facility plus a mangers residence, with Parking for 200 cars, tennis courts, pools, gym spa and sauna.
