Terry Seirlis is a Brisbane-based development consultant with 23 years’ experience. With degrees in Management and a Masters in Environment and Community Health, his knowledge is as detailed as his experience is broad.

His first development project, in 1997, involved the construction of seven townhouses in Holland Park, Queensland. Since then, Terry has consulted across a broad range of progressive and successful developments, both large and small.

Terry’s approach is hands on. He harnesses his boundless energy and passion for property development as he drives projects to succeed. He has the power to mobilise support and win the hearts and minds of workers, contractors, partners and stakeholders as he relentlessly works to help clients achieve the maximum return from their investment.
